Mid-America Flyer Templates

I created a suite of “custom without being custom” flyer templates for Mid-America. These are meant for properties that need a little more than the standard template, but don’t quite need a full-on custom brand. There are versions for urban, high-end and trendy properties. There are also versions for properties that have a ton of great photos or no photos at all. They each have their own personality, but still look like a set and a natural part of the Mid-America brand.
